Which agreement applies

The Nuvari app for iPhone is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the Standard EULA, which you can read at Apple's Standard EULA page [confirm URL]. That agreement applies to the app by default. Nuvari does not use a custom license agreement for the iPhone app.

The Terms of Service still apply

Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of Nuvari, on the website and in the app. Where they differ from Apple's Standard EULA on the license for the app itself, the Standard EULA controls for the app. Subscriptions are sold through Apple when you buy in the app, and Apple's rules for those purchases apply.

The app is provided by JB Ventures LLC, not by Apple. Questions and support requests go to support@nuvari.si.
